Right to cancel

You have a right to cancel the agreement at any time before the expiry of a period of fourteen days beginning with the day after the day on which you receive the goods without giving a reason. You must return any goods supplied at your own expense if you cancel the contract.

Goods made to the consumer's specifications like men´s shirts are excluded from the right to cancel (§ 312d Abs. 4 BGB).
In the case of not well-fitting made-to-measure clothing you are free to use hemdwerk´s offer for inital orderer (Initial order fairness).

Consequences

In the event of effective cancellation, the services received by either party shall be returned and any benefits that may have been accrued shall be released. Should the customer not be able to return the products or only return them partially or in a deteriorated condition then the customer will be obligated to value replacement. In the case of products surrendered this does not apply if the deterioration of the products is brought about solely by a tryout thereof - such as would have been possible for you e.g. in a retail shop. For the rest, you may avoid any duty to provide compensation for any deterioration of the products caused by the intended use, by not using the products as your own property and refraining from all actions that may affect its value. Products capable of being sent as a parcel should be returned to us at our risk. You have to bear the cost of returning if the products ordered are in conformity with those ordered, and if the price of the products returned does not exceed an amount of 40,00 € or if in the case of a higher value of the products you have not yet performed the service in return or any partial payment as agreed upon by contract at the point in time of cancellation.
Obligations to refund payments must be met within 30 days. The period begins with the transmission of your declaration of cancellation of receiving returned things for us with their reception.
