Inital order fairness

As the name suggests, a tailored shirt has to fit! At hemdwerk there is nothing like too big shirts to short sleeves or too big collars. If you took wrong sizes the first time, we will take the shirt back without hesitation.
This fairness applies only to the first order for a single shirt and includes a maximum of one new production or modification. Therefore, we recommend new customers to purchase one shirt first as a sample. This way, the exact fit can be determined best.
We ask for your understanding, that hemdwerk can not pay the shipping costs (package sent back to us). But we certainly bear the expenses for sending the new shirt.

Fast delivery

Quality takes time - but hemdwerk has still managed to optimize production and channels of distribution so that you will receive your tailored shirt usually four weeks after placing your order.
In this case, the delivery time is a result of the production time (for shirts only) and the shipping time. Delivery to other countries may differ from the domestic delivery time. For the valid delivery time for your location, please refer to the page Payment & Shipping.

Delivery often just takes a few weeks. The standard delivery time is 4 weeks.
